The target audience is equally hungry sandwich lovers in the city who seek out Mackverket in a shopping mall, as well as festival visitors choosing the food truck with the winning sandwich.
Mackverket is in a growth phase, and the collaboration spans across the entire communication spectrum – from advanced commercials to quick SoMe, Performance, and strategy.

One Branding – Three Concepts
Mackverket quickly arrived at the strategy of three parallel concepts to accelerate the brand.
Street sets the tone for food and restaurants – a New York concept with flash, sharp contrasts, and a sense of edge.
Casual is when employees themselves pull out their phones, creating what's possible in the moment.
Epic is the studio photography that builds strength and credibility. The concepts interact and create a three-dimensional brand experience for the customer. They’re also practical to manage – quick mobile shots don’t have to compete with professional images – instead, they enrich each other.

Street – SoFo goes SoHo with hard, flash photography and a sharp feel.

Casual – Stylish but fast. When the story is more important than the picture, and it just has to go out.

Epic – Studio-polished, expensive, and branded. A lasting impression to remember.

Increased Traffic – But Where Are the Customers?
A focus on digital traffic, performance, and SoMe was a given for Mackverket from the very beginning. But despite nearly doubling their online traffic, the lines outside the restaurants aren’t necessarily longer.
Or are they?
The digital statistics are accurate, immediate, and broad. Comparing them with analog sales results and revenue takes time. Now we are working together to find tools to measure how marketing is actually performing.
