Resetting the Course After a Tough 2024

Moneywise was founded in 2022 and already had clients and accountants in place from a previous acquisition. But the numbers were moving backward, and after a terrible 2024, management realized they had to accelerate their way out of the crisis.

“We were looking for a simple, clear, and functional pipeline from cold prospects through marketing and sales to closed deals. Swedish Frames were spot on in terms of production — but when they could also present a strong strategic track record, the decision was easy.”

Building a Funnel That Delivers

Creating striking visuals and imagery is one thing — connecting them to revenue targets is another. The strategy would be to build a classic SEE–THINK–DO funnel and then position each event and action accordingly.


“Our customers only switch providers once every three years,” Fussey explains, “so we need to stay visible over time while also targeting new clients with precision. Broad and narrow at the same time. Without letting costs spiral.”

Refining the Offer, Unlocking Growth

Moneywise had already clearly defined its foundation: an accounting firm focused on payroll, accounting, and interim services. A twinkle in the eye, close client relationships, and high-quality delivery set the direction. Test campaigns in digital media clearly showed that the ads and visuals resonated and captured attention — but would they convert?

“It was when we refined the offer and the CTA that things really got exciting,” Jessica explains. “Awareness advertising has no real effect if customers don’t come in when you follow up. When you connect the CTA to sharp, customer-driven clicks, expectations change. Then it’s about finding the clients who truly convert — while keeping the economics in check.”

From Setup to Success

After six months of work with Moneywise, the digital engine is ready to deliver. Distribution via social media and SMO, followed up with analytics tools. Content that runs persistently and elegantly over time. The company now has a newly optimized CRM connected to scalable digital distribution of increasingly precise content. The sales funnel is in place, the customer journey ready for its first travelers. Leads are coming in. Closed deal! It’s starting to work.

“We’re going from 10 to 100 million in revenue within five years,” says Jessica Fussey. “Of course we’ll have to fight for it — but there’s no doubt that we will succeed!”
